Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using dock doors and conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license (optional, depending on role).
