Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from the warehouse inventory list to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate data entry.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts if required.
