What You'll Do:
We are looking for team members who take pride in accuracy and organization. You will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed, packed, and shipped efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Accurately receive incoming freight, inspect for damages, and verify contents against packing slips.
- Picking & Packing: Utilize handheld scanners to pick items from shelves and prepare them for shipment using proper packaging materials.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and stage orders for courier pickup, ensuring strict adherence to shipping timelines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Forklift Certification: Possession of a valid forklift license is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) quickly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
