Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for domestic and international shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process returns and damaged goods according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours/day).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
