Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain organized warehouse zones per 5S standards
- Load/unload trailers efficiently with team coordination
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in cross-functional logistics tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
