Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts, stock rotation, and maintain accurate records.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- RF Scanner: Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory and order status.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but training is available for qualified candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
