Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment with speed and accuracy to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
