Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks and shipping containers.
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Assist team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record is essential.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to accuracy in order processing.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to follow instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
