Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order fulfillment through precise picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with safety-first protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and reconciliation
- Optimize workflow efficiency in fast-paced, climate-controlled environments
- Adhere to Amazon's 14 leadership principles in daily operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily performance metrics

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
