Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to ensure safety.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English for clear communication.
