Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Receive and inspect incoming stock, verifying quantities and quality against packing slips.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to move materials efficiently.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Quality Control: Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production targets.
- Load Management: Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Computer Literacy: Basic understanding of computers and ability to use scanning equipment.
