Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Inventory Control: Perform daily cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using scanning devices.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify condition and quantity against purchase orders.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with RF scanners or handheld devices is a plus.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; valid driver's license required.
