Your Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Locate and pull inventory items based on pick tickets or production orders.
- Pack and label items securely for shipment, ensuring proper handling of fragile goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) to track inventory levels in real-time.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
