Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock movement and orders.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
