Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and store merchandise in designated areas to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment and ensure all machinery is maintained in safe working order.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Assist in the packing and shipping of orders to meet customer deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is highly desirable.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
