Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and maintain proper certification.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long durations.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
