Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for order accuracy.
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
