Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and according to all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software (RF Scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
