Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage inventory documentation.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Load and unload delivery trucks in a timely manner using proper safety protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into warehouse management systems (WMS) regarding stock movements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF scanners are a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
