Responsibilities
- Execute order fulfillment processes efficiently and accurately, ensuring high customer satisfaction rates.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and safe work environment, keeping all inventory areas tidy and accessible.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving procedures and improve workflow.
- Package and label shipments according to company standards and carrier requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as business needs dictate.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
