Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update stock information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
