What You Will Do:
As a key member of our fulfillment center, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We value accuracy, speed, and teamwork above all else.
Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with 99% accuracy to meet daily performance metrics.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse floor to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counting processes.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix facility.
