Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise and shipments with accuracy.
- Prepare and package products for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
