Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management software.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight trucks while adhering to proper handling procedures.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to dock operations).
