Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse area organized, clean, and free of obstructions at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license (Class C) required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
