Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in real-time
- Inspect and package products to ensure quality standards and damage prevention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Basic math skills and ability to read/interpret shipping documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
