Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflows and meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts.
