Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. We utilize state-of-the-art Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline our operations.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Shipment Processing: Inspect packages for damage, label items correctly, and load trailers efficiently.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and tidy to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and bend throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
