Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and package orders for distribution.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory.
- Work Ethic: Motivated self-starter willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
