Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect packaging materials for quality and integrity before shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or retail setting is a plus but not mandatory.
