Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and optimize storage space utilization
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
