Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and manage inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Load/unload shipments and verify product accuracy with digital scanners
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Use warehouse management software (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends based on operational needs
