Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and responsibly
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and documentation
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Support loading/unloading of trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
