Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment to and from storage areas, production lines, and delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify and count incoming stock against invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory control procedures and stock rotation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily goals and issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus (we will train if not certified).
