Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep storage areas organized and tidy to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and inventory.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior warehouse experience is required.
