Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
