Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
- Material Handling: Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and equipment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- License: Valid Driver's License required.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
