Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and perform routine inspections.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is organized, clean, and adheres to OSHA safety standards.
- Unload incoming freight and verify contents against packing slips.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
