Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks according to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
