Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, verifying cargo against shipping manifests.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve productivity.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital records of all transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory management.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
