Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips; maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in accordance with all safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a clean, organized, and accident-free work environment.
- Stock Organization: Organize and stock merchandise on shelves and in storage areas to optimize warehouse flow and accessibility.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production goals and handle inventory adjustments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we offer on-the-job training for candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Equipment Certification: Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as required by business needs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
