Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, sort, and organize stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (5S standards).
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure high-quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
- Tools: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
