Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse system.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Shelving & Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with fire codes.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift certification is a plus but we offer training for qualified candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
