Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our logistics team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to strict safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy through scanning and manual checks.
- Pack, seal, and label products securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and organizing pallets.
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers regarding inventory needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled zones.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a history of punctuality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
