Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment to pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all outgoing shipments meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper safety protocols and equipment.
- Update inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Perform physical labor including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
