Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise and shipments accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts, stock rotation, and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand safety guidelines and order tickets.
