Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a clean and efficient workflow.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and inventory lists.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock management, and cycle counting.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours including overtime.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
