Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from customer-loading docks efficiently.
- Verify and record quantities of goods shipped, received, or stored using handheld scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Pack and label products accurately to ensure timely shipping and minimal errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counting procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
