Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming inventory and outgoing packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate computer terminals and handheld scanners to update inventory records.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if working in outdoor yards.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
