Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of shipping and receiving areas.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding stock levels and issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
